This will showcase all 10.3 features that are previewed and leaked by Mr. Clewley himself! These are legit from BlackBerry, but must be noted are not FINAL, and changes will occur...this gives us a very nice taste of the direction they are heading for the official 10.3!

I will continue to update the first post with all 10.3 previews from Clewley...and anything else of note that is floating around and getting attention!

1) New Primary & Secondary action buttons



2) New home screen with an idea of flat icons. Notice no top and bottom bars anymore all buttons are flush with the wallpaper and do not get separated by any black bars or translucent bars. Very clean appearance. Also the "home" icon at the bottom is the updated active frames screen!



3) Endless folders!! Notice new icons look VERY nice!



4) Somewhat a tease here because he isn't showing any active frames! I am sure an update to the frames is coming as well...but the "home" screen is always present! so if you have a great wallpaper you can see it unobstructed! Also better yet...USER CHOICE to turn off



5) Quick, QUICK Settings! - Access quick settings throughout the entire OS using a two-finger swipe down! AWESOME



6) Download ALL feature!! Easily and quickly 1-button press to download all attachments!



7) Delete Original Text - Something from the original BBOS system coming back!



8) Ability to file sent messages! Just another BBOS feature to BB10!

10) Remote search for IMAP.

11) Updated calendar! Weekly agenda view, and colour change (said to be in flux). IMO it will be user customization and they are testing the colours out!

12) Simple but great addition! Ability to add a task from the calendar itself and view tasks in the calendar!

13) Meeting Minutes Profile. The phone will automatically change the profile based on when you have a meeting set in the calendar!

14) Last post of the day! Remember app is updated to clean up UI. Allows for choice of view between tasks and notes at the top!

15) Rearrange setting options!



16) Added "Album View" in the file manager when attaching a picture somewhere. Makes it much easier to find pictures, especially if you use folders! More in-line with the pictures app!



17) Updated camera UI. We saw the 10.3 leak before but they have changed the layout since then! Love the new layout!

So here is the first official look of 10.3!!! BlackBerry is sticking with the classic BlackBerry Blue.

Could still be offering customization to users, but default clearly will be blue and not red as previously seen!

It's can't be too long before release if he is showing it off. He did the same for previous releases and it was never that far in advance. Let's hope it comes soon!

Never taught of "blue" being a classic BlackBerry color......

Sure hope with finally get a Dark Theme in all levels of the HUB with 10.3.... but not sure how that "classic" blue will look then.

I agree. Some people have different uses and needs, but for the most part I am sure it will be the most commonly used option.

I still am a believer that they will allow for colour customization in the final OS. It has been asked for a lot so I hope they listened.

Just that whole sentence is interesting. Quoted the blackberry classic blue and (eh?). Lol its like he know we will analyze it all...think about eh being Canadian. Red. Red UI option! lol.

I really hope they give choices of at least a couple mainly colours. Blue, red, green and just plain white/black.

I've tried the 10.3 leak and I should say, it blew me off! everything was awesome (even the red accent!). Too bad though that it was still unstable. But that branch was fantastic. I kept the 10.3 browser (the Flash would have to keep up with the speed! [exaggerating]). Everything it puts blackberry at an edge in smartphone tech. I can't wait for a new leak of 10.3 or better yet an official release!

He mentioned in the comments that for HUB it's compose and Contacts it's search. I think I would agree that those are the most used actions in those screens. Not sure of the others, though.

What is great about this post...is not seeing the 10.3 UI (which many people here on CB already knew!) but it's that BlackBerry is far enough along that they are willing to show it to the fans! That is a GREAT sign and very pleasing to see! I am going to look back and see when he was previewing 10.2.1 and when it released after his first preview.
