    i carry the insurance, i'm a verizon subscriber.
    what will my deductible be, will they give me a hard time and will i be able to get a different device or have to stay with the curve 8300 (same type of device?)

    AT&T, T-Mo... currently, there are no cdma BBs with wifi (Sprint, Verizon, Bell, Telus, etc.)

    Wi-Fi options are currently on GSM phones for now. And I believe your insurance deductible is $125 and it will be the same device. This is where a consumer should do their due dilligence (actually read the terms) so that you will know what you're getting yourself into.
