    As of today I seem to be encountering a strange problem with my 9780 on BIS

    Today my service provider (M1) updated my plan and as a result I needed to reboot my device.

    Following the rebook I’m presented with the T&C for The BlackBerry Prosumer Service Agreement. I have found that if I select “I Accept” then my device seems to lose the connection to my BIS account so when I check via the web no device is listed. On my device I then get a message telling me no email accounts have been set up.

    If I add the PIN and IMEI then all my email accounts reappear on the web and just require the password revalidating.

    The tech support agent cannot work out why this is happening and will get back to me tomorrow.

    I have upgraded the OS to v.722 and the problem still exists.

    Any idea why this is happening?

    call back until you get someone that can help you

    have them totally remove BIS from your account
    and re add it from scratch

    Sounds like it wasn't added to begin with! Find and open your host routing table, press menu/register now or start provisioning.
