this is my third bold. first had issues so I got an exchange. The second ond one had a loose back cover.... got a new one and back cover has on that one is loose as a goose. Is anyone out there finding that same problem?

Usually the ones made in Canada have the loose back cover. Try a search as there have been threads on solutions to correct the problem.

Buy a soft circle that goes under chair legs or what not, they are usually sticky and are used so things that are atop of them don't scratch the service. You can find these fuzzy little circle things at any walmart, walgreens, ace hardware, etc. I'll see if I can find the video tutorial on it right now.

I have a Bold... My back is nice and snug. I've opened it and closed it a few times and haven't had any issues. Could this be a Cali thing? Hahaha! I don't know...
