Summary: Some BlackBerry devices may not be synchronizing properly. Business Impact: Some BlackBerry users report that they have issues on their BB devices. Technical Details: Our System Administrators have verified functionality of our BlackBerry servers. At this time it seems that our BlackBerry servers have lost connection with the RIM network, this is required to maintain functionality. We are actively investigating and will provide more details when they become available.
