Hi I recently bought a new Z10 and its an AT&T unlocked version but i cannot change the apn settings... i live in the caribbean so i use another mobile coverage simcard.. can anyone help me on how i can unlock and change my apn??

Hey there,

Are you using Bmobile or Digicel? Both carriers have the APN settings locked unfortunately. The info is pulled from the sim card! (Both are greyed out but do have the appropriate APN settings)

You can try the escreen method if you like (it worked up until 10.1.0.273, after I ugraded to official .4181 from digicel, the APN is not editable, when it is editable, it doesn't save...) http://crackberry.com/how-access-eng...-blackberry-10

Unfortunately they both have a "specific" plan for BB10... I had digicel's android plan up and running on my Z10 but after recent OS update and security wipe the settings changed and I wasn't able to edit them... If you call them, they'll both insist that BB10 requires a specific plan to work...
