    I have 2 wireless connections: 3G & Wi-Fi

While wi-fi internet is free of charge 3G one is very expensive.

I may need 3G internet someday somewhere but now and here i want to disable it totally and use wi-fi internet instead. But how do i do it ?

When i disable "Data Services" in "Mobile Network Options" i become unable to connect to any internet source from any browser. I mean this with wi-fi enabled and connected to my home router with internet.

The only way i managed to get wifi internet is in standart browser. In the top right corner there was a wifi icon indicating that internet is really streaming thru wifi. But that work only for several links in bookmarks (should i somehow edit link properties to make it use wifi?) and now after firmware update all the defaults are back. So browser uses only 3g connection now. It`s really frustrating, i lost around 100 $ on it already.

    HELP, please !

If you want to use Wi-Fi, change your browser to Hotspot Browser.

Oh, that worked ) Thank you.

But what about all other software like google maps, sync etc ... ? Should i tune em separetly only or maybe there is some global switch in device`s options (which i cant find) ?

I believe Google Maps, Google Sync and others will not work over WiFi.

You need a data plan and data turned on for pretty much everything.
