    I will be going away tomorrow for a week. I'm on Rogers. I'll be going to Florida then get the cruise.. my question is I will be leaving my phone on the whole trip but I am leaving data roaming OFF. Does data services have to be off too or it doesn't matter? I have a Z10. Also if I turn off location services what happens? Also I do have a talk and texting plan so I'm good with that.

    If you turn Data Services while Roaming to Off you'll have no data as soon as it goes into Roaming. You can also put it to prompt and click Off then. Either will work.

    Ok. So ill leave data roaming OFF. If I leave my phone on the whole trip with just data roaming off I Won't get charged right? I have a talk and text plan so I'm good with that. What happens if I shut off my location services?

    I've got the same as you. I turn it off when I use wifi and it doesn't waste you don't have to turn off mobile just the data
