    Forgive me as I am still learning when it comes to wifi. I do not have a wireless router. I am connected to a linksys wifi currently. My wifi scanner did not catch it I just added it manually and tada! How is this possible? Neighbor?

    almost guarantee they wont be able to tell..most unsecured routers are unsecured because the owner doesnt know any better
