Android makers own Motorola, and they license with everyone, even Alcatel, so whats the problem ? they're looking for money, and i think that's a good way of making lots of money.

Sorry, I like the idea but one big things puts it down, the Chinese government owns a good portion and has even more sway in its expansion.

As we have seen in the U.S. governments do find their way into carriers. Ones
the U.S. does not own part of.

Think what a government with blood in the game would be able to do.
