OS7/7.1 does not have a LED for missed calls. I have a app named advance OS and LED from app world tht I use for missed calls LED.

Advance OS and LED works and its free. I can't comment personally since I don't have it. I use BeBuzz which also has that feature, but it costs money. I love BeBuzz though and would recommend it.
I have 9900 and there is no led for missing calls. You can use other apps to active it...
