I often wonder what the point of such articles are. Just because the internet gives one the ability to easily post and opinion, doesn't mean one should...
Wow. That's one heck of an article. You know, I've really come to the conclusion everybody hates RIM & BlackBerry. I don't understand why, but for some reason there is a massive amount of Hatred for this platform.
I can only hope that they grow up. This mud slinging is getting old.

Prediction: The RIM BlackPad Will Crash And Burn Just Like The Storm
After everyone found out that the blackpad wasn't a giant storm they never corrected their mistake. Oddly they seem to have no problem with the ipad being a giant ipod. Tech crunch takes being a RIM hater to a whole new level. They never post anything about RIM unless its doom and gloom predictions.

I have to strongly disagree with that article. RIM's e-mail solution is not far superior. They never arrive in full HTML. They come in short bits and I always have to get more until finally almost half my e-mails are truncated. A 2+2mg limit is an unacceptable relic of the age of the flood. I won't even get into the security issue. Except as I'm sure many BES admins will attest, most users do not even enable encryption of their BB handsets, and if you enabled encryption on an Android or IOS, you would have a fully secure enviroment for all but Top Secret clearances.
This article is funny. The one thing that people are quick to forget is that the announcement of the PlayBook and the OS was to get devs on broad and to allow them plenty of time to write apps for the new OS. Plus this OS will go on blackberry phones so to not get it out early would be damn dumb.
No one ever wrote (to my knowledge) such bad thing about WP7 after it was announced in Feb 2010 and we did not see one device hit market till October in Europe and November In the US. What is that like 8/9 months and the PB was just announced just 7 months ago and it is vaporware. Yes I know that a month is not much of a difference but the same applies here. How does one product get slammed at every turn yet another that has made it to market in the same time frame and has crazy issues doesn't. I do believe that many of these so called blogger's are just out for blood when it comes to RIM and their products. in which RIM does nothing to correct most of this. Bad on on both parts but RIM needs to spend time to making the image of their devices better before release or this will continue.
