Yes you are right.. on hands free I have also noticed increase in sound

Sound quality has always been good with z30.. and with the updated OS it just got better!!!

i noticed a drop in volume, especially with android apps on my z10
Crystal clear sound quality on my Z30 for sure.
louder, bolder & still maintaining the clear & crisp on my Z30. yeah! glad to know that a software update has solved this low earpiece volume issue :)
My Z10 got a lot louder too, which is great because I have enough leeway at the top of volume to compensate for noisy surroundings.
