The last Android device with a physical keyboard that I tried was the Droid Pro. And it was terrible.
Won't go near an Android device with a physical keyboard.

My last android with keyboard was a HTC Desire Z and even with the bigger keys was nothing to compare with BB.

I still think a Sim card module that you could share between a phone and a tablet would be a good idea.

Options are good, but we all know 99% of people, even with this modular system, would go with the "cool" choice of full touchscreen up front and whichever camera that offers the highest resolution, and that's about it...
