i have a curve 8530 and my screen cracked so i got a new one and replaced it but ever since i replaced the screen the keypad wont light up. anyone know how to fix this?

Check the ribbon for the display and see to make sure the socket is pushed all the way in on the mainboard.
It's also extremely EASY to damage the ribbons while replacing stuff, so hopefully, you didn't damage it. It's possible a BB repair place fix it for you either way. :)
