    my keyboard is unresponsive. i wiped it and reloaded the OS and apps found in the blackberry 101 pages, but when i put the battery back in it boots fine and goes to black screen because i cant type. Any help appreciated.

    Did liquid or moisture get in your BB? It sounds a lot like liquid/moisture damage.

    After a wipe / restore & reload OS there's not much more you can do.

    Curious - when you access thru DM does everything look OK?
