On my girlfriends 9810, every time she presses the letter n or smiley faces
The ' comes after it when she dose a space, anyone else had this problem

Not on my 9810... try a battery pull and see if that helps. If she has the smiley apps addition, you might want to delete that app and try.. then you can re-install it if it's not the problem.
