just bought a 9700 off ebay, the spacebar is not "clicking", still works though the space bar does not bounce back up when pressed.
I don't have experience with this matter - but I'm not sure if it's the keyboard itself or the white thing that's fixed to the phone (the one with all the springy white circles for each key), as in will changing the faceplate and keyboard fix the issue?
You should then contact the seller and ask for a new one (if you bought it new). Otherwise, take it to a fixing shop of those. I bet (if the phone is used) that was the reason the seller wanted to get rid of it. If that's the case, you might want to contact ebay and open a case for defective item.
