No sorry, BBRY decided to change 10.0's blue keyboard highlights to green with 10.1.

You can always contact them via Twitter, email, or Beta Zone and comment on features you like/dislike, but for now this is the way it is.

I don't really prefer one to the other. But some of the auto correct animations are a bit choppy now. I understand that is already fixed in future OS versions, as per feedback on the leaks.

Thank you @Elite1 for the insight. Wonder who was bored out of his head to change blue to green. Goodness!

    Will tweet them.

Haha I like the hashtag! Well done!

The only reason I liked the new is because it was visibly new. It's always cool to see changes that aren't just in the background.

Funny, I actually like the green highlight. Perhaps it's my Irish background. Vive la diffrence. I guess the solution is to allow for changes in the default options.

I agree with Alan. They should really provide for it in the settings.

CJH - I guess we need to make peace with these colours for now I guess.

Maybe each update will have a different colour. Yellow in 10.2? Just kidding.

    Personally I preferred the blue.

I would be fine with the green if the key indicator back light was also green. I get that they are using blue to indicate your literal entry and green to indicate a system correction but I wonder how important it is that a user be able to easily differentiate between the two. It almost feels like BlackBerry made the change just to make sure the user pays attention to how amazing the BlackBerry predictive text engine is, "see you typed all the blue characters, half of which were wrong and our amazing predictive/corrective text is better at communicating your message than you are, what you really meant to say is in green. " I can't think of anything this allows the user to do that is worth so starkly breaking the color continuity. It looks like a less mature, less intentional user interface.

I'm thinking I liked the blue better but I don't know whether it's because I was used to it! Maybe it'll grow on us! Maybe..
