    hi im not sure whether my phone is water damaged but when i press certain button it will take me to the media page and when i press the mute button it dose nothing. this is a big hassle.
    help would would very much helpful.

    Seems like that the keypad of your Blackberry set has got damaged. You will need to get this replaced if you want to solve the issue of buttons taking you to wrong pages.
