2tb is the theoretical limit, but micro SD cards that large probably won't be available at your local electronics store for a couple of years.

Even the Z10 will likely work with 2TB.
The largest you're going to find (not including counterfeits) is 256GB. Last I checked the pricing was so high that I would recommend going with 200GB instead.
2TB storage, not so much random access memory.
