So im trying to update my 9700 to get the OS6 but for some reason this message keeps popping up: This BlackBerry� Device Software upgrade includes new features and significant enhancements to the BlackBerry� solution and, as such, is only available to users with an active BlackBerry subscription.
i dont really understand why its doing this, i was wondering if someone could possibly tell me why this is happening and how i can get the OS6 another way.
