Hey guys. Do you think RIM will ever develop software that will enable us to delete unwanted items off of our devices without having to restart it? I find this highly annoying but, this is my only complaint with BB. Thanks everyone.

maybe if the restart was a lot quicker one wouldn't mind, however with a lot of their devices, (at least hopefully devices of the past) takes 3 or more minutes to get them going. Would be nice if it were possible though. I am with you on that

Have you used a Playbook? It's possible once they go away from Java based OS.

So yes, BB10 won't require restarts for this stuff.

Yeah, I don't see that as a problem in BB10 either.

Not until they eliminate flash memory. Everyone with a pc still has to do it eventually. Clears out the cobwebs.

This is what really gets on my nervs but to my knowledge playbook can install/delete apps without re booting unless software updates so maybe BB10 will stop that

Can you delete an app or game without cycling your PB? Yeah, right? Same would hold true for BB10 I believe.
