I just had the misfortune of having to solve some minor storage issue on an Android phone (not sure which version, could be ics) and for the 40 mins I was on it, I was in utter hell and I didn't even manage to solve the issue. The amount of needless clutter with a 100 home screens showing the same pinned apps and a very poorly designed settings menu. I know the user of that phone isn't techy and is a very bad user but still, unbelievably bad os. Iv never felt so much more love for my z10 before this. Long live blackberry

You are comparing an OS that is multiple versions and years older than BB10, seems fair lol. Maybe compare it to BBOS5 or 6 instead?

I think it definitely depends on the device and user. My brother who has an old entry level Sammy device handed it to me to fix a keyboard issue. I could barely navigate it! He had so much crap on it. The whole "100 home screens with the same apps pinned" thing is definitely a user issue. Plus if you're handed a device with an unfamiliar OS of course you'll struggle a bit, no matter what the device is.
