Don't think this has been seen before but Mr. CEO hits a lot of important points on the direction of the company.

Ha, he totally nailed it with the Pong comparison!
Interesting for sure. My only concern is the 18 to 24 month window and the apparent disconnect that business is looking to more capable consumer devices to handle corporate needs. Regulated business fine, but that is an even smaller piece of the niche market, and those customers are asking Google, Cisco, Samsung and Apple to get the security up to snuff, obviously preferring to use those devices over BB10 which is ready to go now. Prem and TH did a lot of damage when they tries to part out the company, maybe too much to fully recover from.

Cool video. Thanks.
One thing i like about Chen is his smile. It always indicates something:
I have something coming up or You're in for a big surprise
I like and agree with your observations. It's important to keep people tuned as it is a way to express acknowledgement of their support..

I have no doubt this guy is turning around the ship. You can see it in his body language. He is at ease. Thor was so nervous looking. You just knew he didn't have a plan and he knew he was sinking. Chen has been here before. He knows tough decisions had to be made. Spending cash foolishly while hoping somehow things will fix themselves was the old BlackBerry. Chen is the "New Blackberry"!

Nice find.
Thanks for sharing this! Always good to see the guy talk about the company. Makes me more at ease that he knows what he's doing. Kudos to the interviewer as well, she knows the questions to ask.

I also liked where he said you can be afraid to fail.
Anyone remember the Newton?
Chen should have been the CEO, not Thorsten, but nevertheless Heins did do something correct which was to fight for the consumers' need to be added in Blackberry. That I appreciate his efforts for, just his direction was murky.
If I where a sick patient and Dr. Chen walked in as my doctor and conveyed his diagnosis to me as he does, I would be reassured and great full that I had him looking after me.
