99.9% of all BB10 hardware reviews were Positive. The majority of actual BB10 users rate it Positive and claim it's the best mobile OS they ever. It's not just BlackBerry PR, consumers just weren't fully aware of BB10, all due to Garbage Marketing.

Which reviews were you reading? Most of the ones I recall all called out the app gap.

Marketing will not convince the average user to pick up a product that is obviously deficient to their needs.

Please prove it, John. We're ALL waiting literally breathlessly.
So he's asking fans to keep fighting to keep developers on board but his own teams are still not updating the SDK or publishing any sort of roadmap for developer support. Is Chen being clueless, insane, or cynical?

I don't believe in the positive and negative thinking theory, I believe in reality and the April numbers should tell the truth wether the Priv and/or Blackberry devices are selling or not, now it's wait and see.

Actually, that's no that great of a message to send now.

It would have been a while ago, but now they have an android device.

Does this mean they aren't gonna support their android device now? Even the ceo uses BB10. Hmm, maybe I should get rid of my PRIV as well, clearly BlackBerry isn't supporting android according to this message.

Posted via the CrackBerry App for Android
Just because Chen still supports and uses BB10 doesn't mean that as a company Blackberry will not also support Android. One doesn't negates the other.

But if Chen is not going to do anything about "Others" dropping support, he will be forced to drop support as well! the problem has always revolved around the others either not interested or dropping support. focus on the others Chen ... beg if you have to! BB loyalists will always back you up, we need the masses!

A single tweet does not reverse the clear course that Chen is steering blackberry towards.

This is merely a failure to commit.

Either axe BB10 or give it the attention and hardware it deserves.

    WOOF!

Yikes. He views CrackBerry fans like children who don't understand the hardware situation. "No, you can't have a puppy. You don't understand how hard they are to take care of. One of these days you'll understand."

Both of these tweets also foreshadow some things to come: "Others may be dropping their support" and "...one of these days..."

Got any evidence (articles or studies surveying all reviews of Blackberry 10 devices, numbers to show that BB10 users haven't been leaving in droves, detailed studies of user awareness vs. purchasing decisions) to back up those dubious claims?

Keeping the OS alive and running doesn't mean the release of a new phone lol. Again, BB7 is running fine and well even tho they are not being sold anymore
