Is anyone using JiveTalk to connect to MSN or GoogleTalk?

If yes, is it working at present, or are you getting an error, "Failed to transmit"? I've already sent an email to support, but...

I don't use either of those on JiveTalk, but support is usually pretty good to get back to you within a few hours. Keep us updated.

Now that am off BES, all is working fine. Albeit, I had the default Policy on my device. Then again, too many issues with the Mobile Data Service not starting on the server...

They had a special setting for BES users. Once you set that, it should've worked. Can't remember exactly what it was, but I know I read it on BBF's.

Funny enough, it was working fine, on BES. It was certainly a BES Mobile service issue, on the server side, it keep stopping. Trying to keep that thing running was getting on my last nerve. Our server really, really, really needs updating...

The whole DST thing almost killed me, making me want to leave I.T. forever because of BES!

No it does not. Without a data plan you are limited to a phone and sending text messages. That's it.
