    Where it says in the T&Cs:

    "Develop a new application, or port an existing app from any operating system ("OS") to the BlackBerry 10 OS. ("App"). Apps must not: (a) have already been submitted to BBAW as a BlackBerry 10 app or otherwise approved by BBAW prior to start of the Program Period;"

    Does this mean apps already approved in AppWorld for OS5-7 are not eligible to be ported to BB10 and entered into the Port-A-Thon?
