Currently your iTunes downloaded music will not play on the BB... I understand that issue will be fixed with the coming of OS 4.3
You can play any music you ripped from a CD yourself currently.

Hey -- I just saw this posted in another forum.
Perhaps it will work for you. I have not tried it.
Transfer and create a blackberry compatible .m3u playlist and copy the songs to your destination:
