Hi Guys,

I am having great difficulty syncing my 9700 to itunes (particulary TV shows and movies) does anyone know of any good itunes alternatives which will work well to download music movies etc???

Any suggestions will be appreciated!

You won't be able to watch video content downloaded from iTunes on your BlackBerry. Those files are protected.

For music, you can simply copy the files directly from your computer to your BlackBerry media card. The BlackBerry will play unprotected content such as MP3 and M4A files.
