My blackberry keeps asking about Microsoft Outlook. I dont even use Outlook but my blackberry keeps asking me about using it for my mail carrier. I only use gmail and and yahoo for my emails. Plus on top of that, Everytime I connect my device to a usb port it says my blackberry device is not connected. Its like whoa

I'd log into your BIS email service and see if there is an outlook email box lingering there. If there is, I bet it would be safe to delete it.

Just make sure you're running the latest USB drivers for BB devices, and I recommend DM 4.6 without the media manager for you as well. You can download these at:
