Hiya Folks,

Brand new Blackberry User (8330 Curve). I love the phone and having a good time learning all the neat things I can do with this gadget. my only issue is that i have a hard time hearing the Ringer / Ringtones when someone calls me. Is there any way to increase the volume?

did you try the loud profile ? or adjust the volume under profiles/advanced/edit then select phone and make sure the volume is high

There's a free program called gwave that will allow you to increase the volume of any ringtone you like, then re-load it back to your Berry.

I've used it on the Jack Crack 24 ringtone and the iPHONE ringtone.

you can use mp3 editing software to increase the volume of the ringtone but loud is as loud as it goes lol.

Thanks for the great advice. I did put the profile on Loud and also Volume on Loud. So i think I have it as loud as it will get before using some 3rd arty app.
