I searched through the FAQ's and didn't find my particular issue.

For starters, I have a 8330 on Verizon, and my DH has a BB (don't know what model) through Nextel.

1. We are able to add and see each other as contacts in the messenger, however his name is constantly in italics, and shows a status of busy. I show as busy on his phone as well.

2. He receives the messages I send to him, and he replies, but I never get them on my phone. I had both phones side by side, so I know this is the case and he wasn't just ignoring me.

I have four other contacts that work just fine. His is the only problem.

Any thoughts or help is greatly appreciated!!

What is a DH? And that happens to me sometimes like there is 1 BBM person who has been in italics for about a couple weeks. This happened a while back and they just did a battery pull and it was fine but I hate to use the generic battery pull solution but that would be a good place to start
