Z30 unless you want a physical keyboard. Build quality if the Q10, more screen real estate than the Z10. Better battery life, speakers, internal hardware and abilities than the others.

Also its only slightly bigger than the others.

I came from iPhone myself. But I always like my BlackBerrys because of the typing experience that's why I switched to a Q10 (initially). I loved it and it was perfect! But then I missed having a big screen and at the same time didn't want to abandon the great keyboard of BlackBerry. Anxious to try out the z30 and it's virtual keyboard (I never really enjoyed typing on glass) but then I took a leap of faith and all I can say is WOW!!! Never did I enjoy typing on glass until the z30! I never missed my iPhone. NEVER.

But I kept my q10 also so that I have best of both worlds

I say the Z30. It's an awesome phone plus you are use to a touch screen so... no big deal.
