    I have a 9800 Tourch and am trying to view my home ip camera. I have the Live Cams IP camera viewing software loaded and it shows up fine if I'm at home going through my ATT router. When I leave the house and go to another sight it comes up loading, but never shows a picture.Any help?

    Did you set it to external web based viewing? Did you set an external IP address to access from your blackberry? It's likely it isn't compatible.

    Sorry If I'm a little new at this but the ip software has limited ability to change or adjust settings. Where would you make these (external web based viewing) settings, thru the software or the BB?
    The software ip address is set to the cameras and port 85.

    You might need to DMZ the camera's ip address if it's connected through the router. Then you'll be able to access it externally, as it won't be protected by the router.
