Why? This is a great time to get with the company. They've cleaned house, and now any new people they bring in are those who they think will fit better in the new business model. I think anybody with an ounce of brains understands the position the company is in and the risks that go with it; but if you think about it, even healthy businesses are swinging the axe these days with reckless abandon, so the risks aren't that much greater at this point than anywhere else. The upside for a new employee is huge if they do manage to turn it around. Next best thing to joining a start-up, in my opinion. If I were up north of the border, I'd be jumping at the opportunity.
