    Hey,

I'm trying to listen to an internet radio station (Fearless Radio) on my blackberry. I was wondering if anybody knew of a streaming application for the Blackberry Curve? Any insight would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

I just searched Flycast and did not find it, BUT Flycast is well worth having. It won't be on Slacker, but that too is well worth having.

Slacker or Flycast are both good. Slacker IMO being better for music.

OTA links and short description here Slacker and Flycast

If you mean stations to listen to, I currently have 9 Slacker stations cached on my memory card:

    80's, 90's & Todays' Hits
    Today's Hits
    Comedy
    Comedy (explicit)
    New Country
    Hard Rock
    Metal
    Modern Blues
    Alternative

Yes, I know my tastes can very from day to day.

For Flycast I only listen to Talk radio or sports radio, whatever I can get a fairly steady stream from.

The 2 comedy Slacker station just got me thru my shift driving a 21 1/2 hour banzai run to Florida.

I prefer Slacker also, BUT Flycast has actual radio stations, I get my local sports talk (WIP610) on it.

Try Moodio, you can add any radio station that has streaming audio. And the best thing about it is that if your fav. local radio station is not on the database you can add it by giving them the URL for it.

I haven't used flycast, so I don't realy know if it does the same thing.

One more thing I forgot to mention, it's web based... Nothing to download.

You go to moodio.fm to create an account to add radio stations, and then over to m.moodio.fm to play them.

my opinion is SLACKER hands down ...
its free and you can upgrade for like 3.99 a month
and you can cache ya playlist
the free part of it allows 6 skips per hour Slacker Personal Radio - Listen to Free Internet Radio Stations
