    Hi, I have a curve and for the last 12 months the internet has worked well. Not it can not connect at all. The first loading bar comes up and completes and then nothing! Any idea what the settings should be for internet.. I am on vodafone. Thanks

    It would be helpful if you provided a little bit more information.

    1. What model number?
    2. What OS version on the device?
    3. Have you done a battery pull?
    4. Have you tried resending the Service Books?
    5. Is your account up to date with "vodaphone"?

    U would try battery pull obviously but many times that wont do it.

    Go to options: mobile network: menu: update profile...
    This should fix your problem.

    Worst case that doesnt help, call your carrier and tell them you need to resend you the service books for your phone
