As title says. I know I can look it up myself on the BB App World website, which I have, but sometimes we can't know what an app does without using it. So, please help. I would really appreciate it. Also, if it's available on one BB10 device but not another, please let me know. Lastly I have no problem with sideloading or an app not from the oroginal company as long as it works perfectly. Thanks in advance .

There is an app for everything you listed except Firefox. But the BlackBerry browser is great imo, even has a desktop mode for better compatibility

But just wanted to say that the Web browser is fast and fluid, so some of the apps that u r looking for may not be necessary. Good luck. The best device is the one that fits ur needs :-).

For the variety and functionality you want, stay away from BlackBerry. I've sideloaded a lot, and many don't work well or only have partial functionality. No one can promise you sideloaded apps will work perfectly - look how many tell you to use your browser. For apps and seamless integration sounds like you need a different platform. Look up the other crackberry threads about apps- it might help.

Of the things you listed, the following are not yet available:

    Native Craigslist
    Native Amazon
    Native Yelp
    Duckduckgo (afaik)
    Some banking apps
Firefox - but native browser and paid Evolution browser (ad-free) are excellent

For the first 3 items, you can use mobile websites and save the weblinks on the screen, just like apps.

I have to stick with BlackBerry until Firefox OS gets to the level I want it to be. I will never use Apple, Google or MS products. I'm not a sheep, dumb or naive. I know my privacy, control, freedom and security is constitutional and not debatable. And plus, I actually like BlackBerry software, OS and hardware more than the rest.

But why do you say that? according to some posters here, BB10 currently has everything I want and need with the exception of a few unimportant things like Amazon, Craiglist and Yelp, plus, I can make a weblink. DDG is important but I'll make a weblink too. I'll weblink banking too. So, what's the ttruth here? LOL.

Also, all this is true for BBQ10 right? because I don't care about watching videos on the go or on a under 7 inch screen or playing games, plus, a keyboard and productivity are above everything. Watching videos and BSing is for a computer or tablet in my home

Also- for your news stories- a lot of the news apps I've sideloaded are not really apps. They just reroute you to the news website. You may have just as well used your browser.

Well, if u have to stick with BlackBerry then why are you asking the question? You seemed to indicate you were debating whether to use BlackBerry. Additionally, if you want privacy/security- unless you are on BES, your phone is no more secure than the next one. See recent forum topic for that issue. As far as calling people who use other forums "sheep, naive, dumb"- grow up. Just because people like other platforms doesn't mean they are idiots. I have two different phones, and sorry, iphone is better for apps. I guess I would like to know why you asked this stupid question if you already refuse to use other platforms. In the time it took you to create and respond to this thread, you could have looked up the answer yourself.

Just a quick note to say that Yelp sideloaded works fine with 10.2.0.1791. The only functionality you don't have is listing by map since it relies on Google Maps. But everything else seems to work perfectly... even writing reviews, checking in, etc.
