    Just need a little bit of clarification from your guys…I’ve had my BB (Tour) just about 3-4 weeks now and have already needed to use my insurance. It fell out of my pocket and the earpiece broke off and was having trouble hearing people on the other end after that. So I talked to VZW and they said it would need to be an insurance claim..Just got the new phone via Fed-Ex today and realize it’s a refurbished unit. Is this normally how VZW operates or should I be getting a new phone?

    Now I know mine is damaged but I’ve paid my $80-90 for a replacement, so shouldn’t that entitle me to a “new” BB???

    Just looking for some thought here since I’m new to BB and not sure how I feel about this…

    All insurance claims thru Asuron are refurbs. Now if you have trouble with a product and they have to replace it more than 3 times then they will issue you a new device.
