    I have a BB 8530 through Sprint. I have tried to install the desktop software onto my laptop twice. Once with the CD that was provided and again from BB's website. I was given the same error message both times.

    "an error occurred while downloading the file http://saturn.installshield.com/is/p.../microsoft.net framework 2.0 sp2.prq"

    Anyone know what this error is and how I can correct it? I am trying to install music via the media manager to my smart phone.

    Did you try rebooting your computer first?
