Does anyone have default ringtone that came with the bold adjusted (mp3 file) for a louder sound. If so, is it possible for someone to email the mp3 file and downloaded it on a blackberry for use?

There use to be a posting about a CLASSIC ringtone which was louder than those generally offered. You might search the ringtone subforum.

If it is the 9650, then there is a thread in that subforum on a temporary fix that calls for editing in a hidden screen on the BB. It resets after a reboot.

go into your profile settings and make sure the volume settings are as high as they go (10).
