How can i put my 9630 to show the State on incoming calls?

What does it show? Mine will show state and city when it doesn't have a name registered to the phone number (and the call isn't private or blocked). I think that may be carrier dependant (ie which Caller ID DB they use to generate the caller ID info).

Im with Sprint and dont know why is not shoing that info on calls from callers not stored on my contacts, on my previous phones with Sprint I always had this feature bou now with the Tour..........I don't know.......I hope I can fix this changing some settings..........Right now I have the laters OS that Sprint officialy released
