- I have a Blackberry 8703 on a corporate Exchange. On my Exchange I have lots of rules to redirect to subfolders in my Exchange Inbox.
All my emails get to my blackberry fine, I am using Desktop Manager to redirect the folders I need...
Question is - on the Blackberry is there a way to show all email subfolders in the Inbox? When the email comes in to the BB, I see the email, when I read it the BB will put it into a matching folder similar to the Exchange folder. It makes it a pain to delete messages off the BB and to go back and find emails.09-22-08 10:40 AMLike 0 -

Yes you can.
Open your inbox, click the wheel and Select View Folder... Walla!!!
Subfolders.
I want to see all messages in the inbox regardless of the subfolder that they get put in. It worked for months just fine until recently.

And by the way, I believe the phrase you are looking for is "voila," unless of course you are referring to Walla Walla, WA.

If there were people out there who did know, instead of getting ' You can't do it' response from someone who has no clue I would get a response like -
"Because your Outlook Exchange rules are moving the messages into subfolders on your Exchange, your blackberry can do the same. However you have to navigate the folders and find youe emails. Instead, go into Email Options and turn the option 'Hide Filed Messages' off and all the messages you receive, regardless of what fold they are files to will stay in the inbox view on the BB."
Problem solved. - A little bit farther from 'The Blackberry can't do it'...
Walla Walla, Bing Boing!09-23-08 09:55 AMLike 0 - Don't forget, you can also use your Desktop Manager to sync your subfolders.
Open Desktop Manager > Click Redirector Settings > Go to the Advanced tab > Select the Selected Folders ratio button > Choose Folders button should be enabled. Then select the subfolders you want to be able to see on the BlackBerry. Be sure to select Inbox or you won't get your Inbox anymore!
Now on your Blackberry in messages > options > General options> set Hide Filed Messages to No. This is the same on Desktop manager if available.11-12-08 06:52 PMLike 0
