Vibrations you can't hear. Space key that never works after TCL repairs. Keyboard pieces feeling like chiclets. I am so done with Key2. Anyone knows the release date of this next new thing? Can't be worse than this.

OM's device, if it comes, must be at least 6 months out, or we would be seeing some early certifications - which we haven't.
If OM holds to the BlackBerry tradition of being late... Q2 will slip to Q3.
Someone with a problem phone... needs to find a short term replacement.
If you really hate yours (which is understandable based on your issues) and don't want to take a chance with another KEY2 (preferably a 2019 unit with revised keyboard) then I recommend that you sell yours for parts on eBay and use that money towards an LE.
or an iphone LOL

It's been narrowed down to now or never but the point spread favors never.
Hope my KEYᵒⁿᵉ last until OM hits marketing! Sigh!
Theres always the Titan. Available on Amazon. Or if you want something cheaper that works with Verizon, Motorola G series is a safe bet.
well none of us on here knows when the next physical keyboard BlackBerry device will be released or if it would even come out.
How important is the physical keyboard for you? I used to be a physical keyboard diehard but after spending some time on my Pixel 3a, the virtual keyboard is not too bad, though there are times that I get annoyed too.
Otherwise, at least be thankful that BlackBerry Key2 is pretty repairable compared to other more sealed in phones and keep on replacing the parts as necessary to keep your Key2 going.
Based on OnwardMobility's silence, it doesn't appear as if we are going to see a new BlackBerry-branded device any time soon.
