Unfortunately, I am getting to the point of giving up Blackberry too. Their major selling point is also their pitfall, No redundancy. If BIS goes down, nothing works.

this is true those blackouts did it for me. I officially dont just have a iPhone for personal use i now have one for work as well which replaced my beautiful 9700, can't deal with the not knowing when the next one is coming.
