Why not upgrade your storm1 OS to the 5.0 official release and you'll see a huge difference.
I can't believe television manufacturers were ever allowed to release TVs made with vacuum tubes and crts. The new plasma and lcds are what they should have been.

Storm 1 owners thinking that they should be treated special just for owning the original Storm are getting really old. Things always improve, especially in smart phones. Next year there will be better phones. Do I expect RIM to treat me and all other Tour owners special and hand us the new Essex? No.
You're kidding, right? It's not RIM's fault you stuck with a device you were dissatisfied with. that's like me demanding to be allowed to exchange a BlackBerry Bold 9000 for the 9700 because they came out with a new model.
I really don't understand people wanting something for nothing. You got what you paid for. Now you can go out and pay for something different. Then you will have that too.
Ya, like the whole hardware upgrade issue and people being unhappy Rogers now only upgrades every two years instead of one. It's a non issue as far as I'm concerned. Who needs a new model every single year?

meh not really off topic i too have a storm and i too want a better storm the best answer for a better storm is the new upgrade (ya its off topic but at the same time its not :) )
I got the Tour. Tour 2 is on the way. Put a good word in for me too. And have him keep my info in case a Tour 3 ever comes out...
