I tried a few times to install 10.2.1 via Blackberry link and it failed at around 57%. Next tried downloading it from the phone. The phone install process checked my available free space and said it needed ~ 3gig. I moved all of my music over to my 32gig card, then the phone install succeeded.

So check your free space before attempting to use Blackberry link.
