I travel a lot and therefore tend to put the + and country code in the mobile number in the contact. However, if I do this when the caller calls their name does not show, is there any way round this? Any help gratefully received!
Check your phonebook if you have set your contact's phone information in the same format. Make sure that you have them saved with "+" sign. See if that works.
Hi thanks for the suggestion. Yes it is in the same format. So, for example a number will be +66435321255 for a friend in thailand, +4419048320395 for a friend in the UK but when they call it does not come up with their name.
