The letter can be multiple pages, but you must have an executive summary. This is not the first time a letter like this has been written to BlackBerry, perhaps they will listen to this one.

No, I meant interdependence. We're dependent upon BlackBerry for our devices and OS upgrades; BlackBerry is dependent upon the CB membership buy their devices and to (more-or-less) carry the BB flag.

I'm not trying to be mean, but unless there's a better idea out there than "Market better", there's really no need to write them a letter.
